battery test
My iPad always shut down by itself, I have to use the charging all the time. I think it is the problem of battery.

Unlike iPhone, iPad does not have a built-in battery health utility.
If you suspect a battery issue, assuming that the iPad is still working, you might be well advised to directly contact Apple Support - and request a remote battery test and diagnostic. You can contact Apple Support using the Contact Support link at top-right of this page.
Alternatively, you can initiate a support case using the excellent Apple Support App. If this is not already installed on your iPad, it can be downloaded from the App Store:
https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/apple-support/id1130498044
A further alternative is to visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store - where the technicians can run a full diagnostic of your iPad.
