How to resolve “support.apple.com/iPhone/restore with side button not working”?

Hi, this morning I went to turn on my IPhone 8, but instead of turning on, it gave me the “support.apple.com/iPhone/restore with side button not working”. I have no idea how this happened really but the bigger problem is I don’t know hot to resolve it. My side button is broken so I can’t force restart either.
