my MacBook Pro A2141 2019 doesn't boot up just shows the "low battery, charging" icon when turned on with the charger plugged I try to keep it charging overnight it still shows low battery I tried ^ Control⌥ Option⇧ Shift⦿ Power to reset the SMC, no effect at all. it would be great if anyone could help me.

I think your MacBook Pro has hardware related issue. You'd better contact Apple Support or make Genius Bar reservation if your neighborhood retail Apple Store is open or find near you opened Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Pro.
