Please help. The disk "macintosh hd - data" can't be unlocked.

I just updated my MacOS Big Sur and I booted up a screen saying: The disk "macintosh hd - data" can't be unlocked. a problem was detected with the disk that prevent it from being unlocked. What do I need to do to fix this?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.1

Hi,

Boot in Recovery mode then run Disk First Aid with DiskUtility.
