Apple Watch 5 not charging overnight

When I start charging my watch overnight (usually the watch is around 30%) I verify that it is charging.

when I get it the next morning it is around 20%. I then put it back on the charger and it then charges fully after 2 hours or so. What is preventing it from charging overnight? I am using an official Apple Watch charger.

Why does my Apple Watch sometimes charge, and sometimes not? I have a charging station for my Apple Watch Series 3 and I always put it on at night. When I put it on, it will start charging, put in a few moments it goes back to the main screen (AKA: It isn't Charging). I'll remove it from the charger multiple times and replace it on the charger until it finally continues charging without disconnecting. Why does it do this?

Apple Watch Series 7 not fully charging! when I first got my Apple watch 7, it fully charged quickly. Now after a month of use it stops charging between 70-80% no matter how long I leave it on the charger. I tried downloading the latest firmware (8.3) last night and still did not fix the issue.
