Day reference in sleep schedule
If I select the sleep cycle for 'Monday 8pm - 5am', is it set for Monday at 8pm and wake up Tuesday at 5am? Or Sunday to Monday?

Hello GinHuey,
It sounds like you have questions about when your sleep cycle will start.
Here are some resources that can help:
Review this YouTube video from Apple Support: How to set up a sleep schedule on your iPhone. The time set to wake up will be the time the alarm goes off for the day set. For example, in the video provided, the schedule is set for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with a Bedtime of 9:30pm and Wake Up at 6:30am. Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday night will have a tone to go to bed at 9:30pm and Monday, Wednesday, and Friday will have an alarm to wake up at 6:30am. You will also be able to see this set in the Clock app at the top of your alarms.
If you need to adjust your sleep schedule, check out this YouTube video from Apple Support: How to adjust your sleep schedule on iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
Hope this information helps.
Have a good day.
