Sleep schedule getting the day wrong

I set up a sleep schedule on the Health app but the days are out of sync. I’ve tried a couple of combinations but it’s not right. Basically it seems to think it’s a day later than it is. Tonight I got an alert for Sunday’s sleep time. Anyone else had or fixed this issue? thanks
