The best antivirus, cleaning app, and overall maintenance app for Mac OS is Mac OS itself. All you need to do with Mac OS to keep it secure and running well is to keep it up-to-date and do periodic (about 1x per week) restarts. Other than that, leave it alone. Adding third party antivirus, cleaning, security and other types of maintenance apps to Mac OS adds no additional level of security. The only thing these apps do is have the opposite affect users want. They make Mac OS slow, unstable, generate odd behavior (much like you are experiencing) and make Mac OS appear buggy.

Please locate the developers uninstall instructions for Trusteer & Mackeeper and follow to the letter. Then restart in Safe Mode per the directions in Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac and then restart normally and uninstall Adobe Flash.

It looks like you used Migration Assistant and some files older than the computer were pulled over.

DivX (yours is 12 years old!) is suspected in Mac slowdowns if not kept current. If you need it, update it; if not, dump it.

You will see other ancient files listed under "Internet Plug-ins" in the report.

The LaCie software is six years old yet I do ont see a Lacie drive attached If all your LaCie drive does is Time Machine, uninstall its software.

Of course the pachyderm on the premises is the dreadfully slow mechanical hard drive Apple fitted to 2012-2019 iMAc 21,5-inch models. In Etrecheck drive tests those are slower that the mech drives installed in 2011 iMac of the same size.

However, with Rapport and worse, MacKeeper, those scores could be depressed by useless utilities. We can better judge the drive's health, or lack thereof, once you evict the scamware.

MacKeeper is VERY hard to remove. They apparently made it that way. Rapport is easier:
