It looks like you used Migration Assistant and some files older than the computer were pulled over.
DivX (yours is 12 years old!) is suspected in Mac slowdowns if not kept current. If you need it, update it; if not, dump it.
You will see other ancient files listed under "Internet Plug-ins" in the report.
The LaCie software is six years old yet I do ont see a Lacie drive attached If all your LaCie drive does is Time Machine, uninstall its software.
Of course the pachyderm on the premises is the dreadfully slow mechanical hard drive Apple fitted to 2012-2019 iMAc 21,5-inch models. In Etrecheck drive tests those are slower that the mech drives installed in 2011 iMac of the same size.
However, with Rapport and worse, MacKeeper, those scores could be depressed by useless utilities. We can better judge the drive's health, or lack thereof, once you evict the scamware.
MacKeeper is VERY hard to remove. They apparently made it that way. Rapport is easier:
