Your model appears to have an HDMI port and two Thunderbolt-2 ports, and can support up to two external display each up to 2560 by 1600.

ThunderBolt-2 ports accept a Mini DisplayPort cable with no adapter, as Mini DisplayPort cable picks up the subset of all signals required. ONE adapter from Mini DisplayPort to other legacy interfaces can be used, such as Mini DisplayPort to HDMI.

Cables for HDMI at resolutions higher than 1920 by 720p should be Certified high performance cables to use with Mac displays.
