Im being charged for storage on my phone twice. 9.99 for 2TB and I have over 200 GB left on my phone and i never gave apple permission to charge my card

Go to Settings, [your name], iCloud, Manage storage where you should find 2TB at $9.99 a month. By having chosen that plan you gave Apple authority to make the monthly charge
