Unsolicited "text" messages from naughty HOTMAIL email users?

How can we prevent unsolicited "emails" from HOTMAIL users sent as a "text" message ? They are using text because we block emails so they have switched to texting. SO annoying. They know we can block phone numbers. Latest one I got was ****@ hotmail.com

Had received one in the past that posted a scantily clad bone thin chick. Ugh

It is not an email that I can forward to Apple and they know it. Is there a remedy to this?
