128gb MacBook latest version... Hard drive getting full in "Other" for no reason

I need help as this is a bit of joke... I have 128gb hard drive.. I dont have any major apps other than Microsoft word and outlook.. I barely have any space on my hard drive as 77gb is tied up in Other and I dont know how to delete wants on the Other part of my hard drive. I cant add the new Mac operating system as there is no room left to install it.. The hard drive has kindly added 7gb today.. WTF

Please any help would be appreciated...
