Filling out webforms on my iPad and iphone12

A few weeks ago I discovered that I could no longer complete webforms on my iPhone or iPad Pro. It'll let me complete the first field, but then it freezes and won't let me go on. That's for all forms.

Any idea how to fix this?

Safari I’m having an issue with Safari on my iPad Air 4 with IPadOS 15. My doctor’s web portal has a section for communicating by sending and receiving typed messages. The page is like a form where from a pull down list you select your doctor’s name, and in a text box you type in the subject and another text box where you type in your message. When I open the message page, the form appears for half a second then the form disappears. I have cleared the web history and data. I have also reset the iPad settings. Neither of these have solved the issue. I have the Opera web browser on this iPad and it does display the message form I also have an iPad mini 4 with iPadOS 15and an iPhone 8 Plus with iOS 15. Both of these devices show the form correctly when using Safari. What could be the problem with my iPad Air 4?

When using chrome and select/look up text to search, goes to Safari Whenever I am using the chrome browser within the iOS operating system, and I select text to look up, instead of searching within chrome, I am taken to a small intermediate search box. This generally always says "no contents found". When I select "search web" in that box, it always takes me to search results in Safari. If I wanna go back to Chrome, I need to click a few more buttons to get it to search in the right place. This happens every time when using both my iPhone, and my mini iPad, both using the most current iOS, and both the most recent model type. This has been happening for years and I always assumed it was simply a decision on Apple's part to preference safari over chrome. Is this the case? Or am I permitted to use Chrome within chrome? Thank you
