I changed my Apple ID email address a long time ago. That's the one showing in my cell under Apple ID. However I can't find a way to change my billing email address in the Apple store app on my phone. Any ideas? signing in and out of Apple ID did not work.

Thank you. I ended up going into the Apple store account and there is an edit function under billing which includes an option to change the billing email address.
Now I just need a receipt for what I purchased earlier.

I just checked it. After you click on settings, you click on your name. It is there that you should see your information, including
eMail address. Click on Edit at top of page to change the info.
