MacBook Pro M1 Caps lock key not functioning properly

My MacBook has a specific spot on the caps lock where it doesn't press properly. Right between where "ps l" is on the caps lock button, it requires more than the regular amount of force to activate. I know it sounds like nothing but it is very annoying to find out while typing that it didn't activate when I pressed the first time and myY WRITING LOOKS LIKE THIS. aND i HAVE TO ERASE EVERYTHING AND TYPE IT AGAIN. Please help.

Hi hridoy111,

We want you to have a great experience with your new Mac, and understand you're experiencing a problem with the caps lock key. To get started, can you let us know if you're currently using macOS 11.1? If not, let's use these steps to update macOS first:

If macOS is already updated, the steps below will walk you through cleaning the keyboard on the MacBook, just to make sure nothing got stuck under the key.

I’m already out of that 14 days and I already put a skin on it. I don’t want to return it. I’d like to resolve the issue either by a software update or keyboard replacement. My software is up to date.
