it looks like you have received a malware warning on your iphone. This is most likely a scam/fraudulent warning. If the warning has appeared in safari, clear your browsing data. If the warning is coming from the calendar app, delete any calendar accounts that you don't recognize. Unless you have jailbroken your phone, it is nearly impossible for it to become infected with a virus or other types of malware.

A non-jailbroken phone cannot get a virus or malware.
