My iPhone had to be restored and I’m having trouble signing back into everything on it. When I try to complete setting it up it asks for my old passcode. I don’t remember setting one up. I don’t have another IOS device signed in so I can’t reset it that way. I need to change that old passcode in order to approve my iPhone. Any suggestion?

Sounds like a restrictions code which, if true, you will need to restore the device as new to remove it. You can restore from a backup providing you restore from a point in time prior to creating the restrictions passcode (if you remember).
