My speakers sound very muffled, how can i address the issue with my applecare?

Speaker need to replaced or repaired. Need to know when and where to get repaired

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 14

Depending where you are, at an Apple shop / retailer? Or you could ask Apple support.
