Screen glitch (green lines) MacBook Pro 16"

Hi EveryONE! I'm really worried about a particular problem with my brand new MBP (top of the line).

Randomly some pages in my browser don't load properly and only show glitches and green lines on top of the content (some kind of "render" problem). Videos on Youtube or Quicktime are having the same problem too. Is this a problem with my configuration? or do you think the graphics card is having problems? Again the computer has been used for less than a month.
