iPhone XR won't turn on unless I hit it hard a couple times

My iPhone XR has been randomly turning off after turning black and showing a thin green line partially through the screen for a second, then crashing. It only seems to boot back on after I hit the back or sides of it a few times. The battery health is 88% and I sent a diagnostic to Apple but it didn't find any hardware issues. It does this around 8 times a day. This time its nt wanting to turn back on. Anyone been in a similar situation?

iPhone XR, iOS 14

It really won't help you if anyone else has such an issue. You likely have a hardware issue, which won't necessarily appear in a diagnostic test. You should schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation and options.
