Swipe the red dot down won't work (and from button up).

The red notification dot won't swipe down to see my notifications.

Also swiping from bottom to to won't work - swiping right and left to change watch face works every time.

This happens first after changing the WatchOS from 6.x to 7.x with my Nike Watch .

This happens also on my new Watch 6

After a reset it works - for a while. At least once a day this function stops.

Has anybody else have this experience?
