Overheating with 20W charging brick

Hi, I've been really curious about the overheating happening while I'm charging my phone, just to compensate with the heat I always have my aircon on in the room just to help it while charging but still it does still kinda heat up until all the way from 60-70 and then starts to cool down. Will that mean my battery health will also decrease faster because of the overheating happening whilst charging ?

Start here:

Keeping iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch within acceptable operating temperatures

It is normal for the phone to get warm while charging, but if it gets too hot to touch, it should be checked.
