It sounds like your iTunes playlist keeps disappearing.

Is this happening when turning on Sync Library, if so check out If songs are missing from your music library after you turn on Sync Library
If this is not happening when turning on sync library or the steps there didn't work, you can Contact Apple Support for help.

Hello Brian, Thanks for your advice. I have followed all the steps to the letter and the lists have gone. Ive created them over years and never had this problem before. Sadly its happened after signing up to apple music!
