Apple watch

I have an I phone from a network service that do not have E-Sim.

i have also an Apple watch SE with another network service that do have E-Sim with a separate phone number.

Is it possible to connect my watch via Bluetooth to my phone to get calls and texts from that phone to my watch?

Apple Watch Series 7 I am currently looking to switch from my Fitbit to the Apple Watch 7, however, I do not want to connect a cell line. I want to make sure it will connect to my iPhone 12 via Bluetooth for call answering and txt messaging (both sending and receiving). I understand that using the bluetooth the phone must be near by.

A cellular watch has to have it's cellular plan from the same network provider as the phone it's paired too.
