When you share the Apple TV+ subscription with your Family Sharing group, then each member has access to the subscription content on their own account, just by being part of the group.
Several other Apple TV app Channels are also available for Family Sharing.
If you want to share iTunes Store purchases (movies, TV shows) in your Family Sharing group, then you have to activate Purchase Sharing additionally. That also requires that the organizer is billed for all family purchases. How you compensate that among the group, is up to you.
iTunes Store rentals (movies) cannot be shared like purchases in the Family Sharing group.
