Question

iPhone 11 Pro ringing when set on silent

It’s been happening every day now with random numbers, even with unknown callers. The switch on the side is set to silent and the phone still rings on loud!

so inconvenient....

not sure what to do. Is it an issue with iOS 14.3?

Force Restart your iPhone and test again

Force restart iPhone

Go to Settings > Sound and Haptics > Toggle Vibration on silent

Change the ringtone to a default tone

Change the alert volume, then place the device in silent mode again
