PDF's printing with no text since Big Sur "upgrade"...

So I updated to Big Sur from Catalina yesterday...and now the vast majority of pdf documents I get sent have a printing problem. The document will print the formatting, some logos, tables, etc...but 100% of the text fields are empty? No words anywhere on the page... I've updated Adobe Reader to the most current version, no fix. I don't think it's a printer driver problem as the same issue happens on all my printers. I've searched the interwebs...no dice. Help!:)

Thank You! Nick

If you single-click on any of those problematic PDFs and press the spacebar to trigger Quick Look, do you see the same issue? Text fields filled or empty?

When I hear the term text fields, it suggests to me that you have received PDFs with form fields whether created in brand x PDF Editor, Acrobat Pro, or XFA-based forms from Adobe LiveCycle Designer on Windows. A current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC should handle all of these sources, provided a well-formed PDF was received.
