Connecting iPhone

When I plug my iPhone into my computer, it flashes the "do you want to trust this computer prompt" but not long enough for me to click it. It just continues flashing back and forth....

That suggests a problem with the connection. A short in the cable or the ports on the iPhone or the computer.

Try a different cable or different ports on the computer.

Also make sure there is no debris in the ports. You can use a small plastic or wooden toothpick to remove anything in the ports that may be causing a connection issue.

Hi Phil,

Thanks for the reply. I was thinking the same thing so I tried two different lightening cables (both which work while charging in the wall). I tried both USB ports (both USB ports work when using a printer) and the issue was still happening. I also tried restarting the phone and computer multiples times. Both devices have the most recent software updates. I also reset the network and privacy settings in the iPhone general settings. Any other ideas?
