USB-C to HDMI cable for M1 Mac Mini

I want to connect two HDMI monitors to my M1 Mac Mini (made in Dec 2020). Could someone recommend a USB-C to HDMI cable, adapter, or dock? I found many on Amazon but all of them had someone complaining it didn't work with an M1 Mac. Does Apple's own A2119 adapter work? The specs don't actually mention M1 Mac, just the Intel Mac's.

In the online Apple Store, Belkin has a USB-C to HDMI 4K HDR/Dolby Vision rated adapter rated at UltraHD @ 60Hz. The technical specs for the M1 mini only mention HDMI 2.0 output from the HDMI port, and DisplayPort output from a USB-C adapter in one of the TB3 ports. Nothing stated about USB-C to HDMI capability.

I originally purchased this for use with my M1 mini, but ultimately went with another Belkin HDMI 2.1 (future proof) cable with the same feature support as the first paragraph adapter.
