Music - request for repeated authorization

Mac OS 10.15.7 (Catalina). I get repeated requests to authorize. I do, and a dialog then reads, you have already authorized this computer. When I try to play, I get the request to authorize again. Search of Apple Support talks of iTunes for Windows, but not finding what I need there.

Please advise.

Request for Authorization Itunes for Windows 10 randomly asks for Authorization of purchased songs. Usually never the whole Album, just one or two songs. After authorizing says "This computer already authorized. Now Re-authorized" but still wont play song. But says computer not authorized to play this song. Happens on some recently purchased albums or older purchases. ESSENTIALLY means I cant play some purchased music. Doesn't matter what computer is used. Have not exceeded amount of computers that can be Authorized. DOES ANYBODY ELSE HAVE THIS ISSUE? Thankyou in advance and God bless you

Authorizing music problems Pretty music every song I've ever purchased from iTunes won't play on my iMac anymore. It asks for authorization, which I enter. Next it tells me that this computer is the 3rd device out of a possible 5 that can authorize this music. I click okay, and then try again to play the song. The whole thing starts over. I've done this over and over and I get the feeling that it would go on until our sun goes supernova. Any ideas?

Hi,

It is possible that the tracks have been corrupted. Try removing download then redownload the offending tracks.
