Search bar on iPad Home Screen?

you place a finger on the screen without clicking an icon and move it a bit downwards then you get a search bar..

Simply touch any empty area of any Home Screen with your finger - other than the extreme edges edges or corners of the screen - and swipe downwards to expose the Search dialogue.
