I’m using iPhone XR with the 14.2 iOS ver. I’ve set up Face ID before and it works for until just this morning, but suddenly it cannot recognize my face and keep asking for a passcode, so I reset the Face ID. When I try to set up the new Face ID, it keeps saying move iPhone lower/higher. No matter how much I move my phone, it doesn't change
Is there any tips and help? Thank you so much
