apple shipping times

hey y’all, so i ordered a new ipad on boxing day, and it’s still in its processing stage, and hasn’t shipped yet nor gotten to preparing to ship. does anyone know how long it takes for an order like this to go through and ship??

ipad hasn’t shipped yet and it is close to my delivery date. I ordered my iPad on July 3rd and it stayed in the processing phase for the majority of July which I was fine with because I knew the iPad (12.9) was in high demand. Apple told me my device would arrive between the 20th and the 27th. It is currently the 26th and my iPad has not entered the shipping phase, it still says "preparing to ship." normally I would not be anxious about my device coming but I am leaving for college in about 12 days so I need it to be here.
