My hotmail account has started to say login fail and that it is unable to verify my account name or password?

My hotmail has been linked to my mail on my mac for the last few months but it's just started saying login failed and unable to verify my account name or password?

I have just changed my Apple ID to a different country but I haven't done anything to do with my mail. Please help!!
