Unable to Verify Payment Method (Keypad Obscured)

Hello,

I have never had this issue. For some reason, I couldn't make an app store purchase and had to reenter all my credit card info. No big deal. But when I tried to make an in-app purchase, I got a pop up saying I had to verify the "new" card. The attached screenshot is the page I got. As you can see, a full third of the keypad (including the delete button) is fully obscured. I cannot turn the phone horizontally to rectify (I tried) as nothing changes.

Please assist. This is the weirdest bug I've seen yet.
