manage payment option will not load

My ipad is asking for payment verification but the manage payments option will not load so I cannot buy anything. Can you help

If you haven't already, restart your iPad and try again to verify in the App Store as restarting can resolve many odd issues with fresh connections: Restart your iPad


If the behavior continues, complete the steps in the following guide next: If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services


If you're still having an issue, these steps can help:


  • Restart your modem and/or Wi-Fi router to see if fresh network connections help.
  • Do you use a VPN connection or security software? If so, temporarily remove and/or disable those as they can block connections. If this helps, reach out to those app developers to look into this more: How to contact an app developer
  • Reset network settings to see if something there is causing this. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before. Be sure you have passwords handy before resetting. If you're using iOS or iPadOS 15 or later, tap Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. If you're using iOS or iPadOS 14 or earlier, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
