Lost return parcel
Hello all,
I returned my iphone 12 mini 128GB on 14/12/20 it has been stuck in transit since this date and hasn't moved my finance company moved my payment date forward one month to help get things moving in hope that it would all be ok by now.
I was told by UPS that because of the pandemic this is why a hold up is in place plus its over the busy period of christmas so these things can effect your parcel not being delivered.
I took these things into account so i thought it would make its destination in a couple of weeks but worryingly its getting closer to the due date of when the finance is due out. Ups are not owing up to anything and are saying its Syncreon technology you need to talk to then they sent me to apple
Its all very confusing when i spoke to the finance company they told me i have to pay for product regardless if its lost or doesn't reach apple. Why should i pay for something i don't have i took pictures of my parcel and have the shipping number and i saw him scan the parcel plus i have that info on the UPS app but it seems to be a lot of back and forth.
Has anyone experienced a lost return parcel that was meant to be returned and what was the outcome?
