Why is it that my cardio fitness has no data?
I have series5 watch. And i’ve been doing workout 30 mins at most, why is it that my cardio fitness has no data?

Thank you for your reply, so i need to wear the watch 24hrs to activate the cardio fitness? I’ve been running, hiking and walking but there still no data and the access and sources there’s no “apple watch” indicated
It says in the link I posted that VO2Max can only be measured by doing an outdoor run,walk or hiking workout.

For some reason the cardio fitness VO2Max relies on GPS. Thus, if you workout is on a treadmill or elliptical it wont measure your workout. Go outside for as walk or run and it will measure and record your cardio fitness,
Apple needs to fix this so it does not rely only on GPS.
It won't be in data and sources until there is some data recorded there.

I already go through the steps last night, turned on the notifications, double check the health data and even calibrated my watch but still there’s no data recorded when i did my workout awhile ago.
