Fitness app information

Share Care has an app that doesn't consistently track Workouts. If I want to get reimbursed for my activities, I must prove it. The information is on my apple fitness app, but they will not accept screenshots. Is there a page where I can get a summary? That fits one page per month? I have seven months for which to account. Gah!
