How do I see my month or last 30 day summary? On the fitness tracker

You can go into the Health app and Browse for the data you're looking for. For example, when you tap Browse at the bottom, tap Activity, you will see some stats, scroll down and it will give you 'past 7 days' and 'past 12 months'..

Or for an individual item, scroll back up and tap the 'Steps' section. Inside there, you will get a graph and it can be selected for Day, Week, Month, 6Month, Year
