My photos on my phone have been deleted and I'm trying to find them on my icloud account. Please help.
How do I get deleted photos back? Recently deleted won't recover them.

Were the photos stored on-device? If they were, you can possibly restore from a backup providing you were creating those. If they were stored in iCloud and aren't in the Recently Deleted folder, they are irrevocably gone.
