Try the following:

The following will require any USB keyboard and mouse. If you don’t have them, borrow or buy them, they are inexpensive!

1.     Connect the USB keyboard and mouse to the computer.

2.     Open System Preferences – Bluetooth

3.     Un-pair the wireless keyboard and mouse.

4.     Turn off Bluetooth

5.     Restart the computer in Safe Mode per the directions in https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201262

6.     Restart the computer normally.

7.     Open System Preferences – Bluetooth

8.     Turn on Bluetooth

9.     Re-Pair the wireless keyboard and mouse.

10.  Unplug the USB keyboard and mouse and begin testing the wireless devices again.

Keyboard Viewer is showing your Apple keyboard correctly as ISO. It does not show the numerical part, but you can probably fix that by changing the settings of the Accessibility keyboard. Photo below.

Keyboard Viewer is showing your Trust keyboard incorrectly as ANSI. You may be able to fix this via system preferences > keyboard > keyboard > change keyboard type.

I think the Mac recognise my keyboard as a ANSI one, but its an ISO. I dont know how i can change that in Big Sur.

What does your keyboard look like in Keyboard Viewer?

ISO has a letter key to the left of W (on azerty), while ANSI does not.

But ISO/ANSI does not have any connection with whether your numerical pad works right.

Command = works fine. But command + (plus on the numeric keyboard, at the right side of my keyboard) is not working.

Does the numeric area perhaps work if you switch to the US input source?

.

Also the diaresis on the o is not working

How are you making ö? By typing Shift ^ and then o? Or doing press and hold on the "o"? Does that not work here in Safari?

This is my belgian apple keyboard in keyboard viewer. It doesn't show the numeric part at the right side.

Its a USB connected keyboard.

If i connect an other PC keyboard (Trust) everything works perfect and my mac connects that keyboard as ISO european.

If i connect the apple keyboard again, the problem is back. No numeric + and no diaresis on the "o".

This picture below is the Trust keyboard in keyboard viewer. In real the keyboards are the same in keyboard viewer they are different.

This picture shows both of the keyboards. The black on gives no problems.

-> No its the same...

Can you try another keyboard?

-> In Safari press and hold on the "o" works fine, in indesign it's not working in both ways (typing Shift ^ and then o & press and hold on the "o")

Best ask in the Adobe forums if it's in those apps where it doesn't work right.
