Unable To Make Payment Of iCloud

I'm facing problem to make payment through Visa Card for iCloud monthly payment.

I have updated all the payment details 2/3 times and no any payment is due for payment, also unable to remove payment method. I have done every possible tools but issues not resolved. Please help and guide

iPhone 7, iOS 14

See - If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support.

Then consider reaching out to Apple Support -- Contact - Official Apple Support.

Hi,

Still i'm facing the same problem.. now i have add another card details but the problem is remain same.

seconldy, now 1st card details are not going to cancel / remove.
