Apps disappearing from the Launchpad

After Big Sur 11.1 update some of my apps are disappearing from the Launchpad. Good Examples are Visual Studio 2019 for Mac and Android Studio. Both of them were there until 11.1 update. After they disappeared. It is not that big, but kind of annoying.

launchpad doesn't show some apps Hello, after I upgrade my os to 10.15 catalina this morning, I found that I can not find some of my apps in the Launchpad(They are in the application folder). What's more strange is that I can see one app that is not downloaded from app store lay in the launchpad, but the other apps(some are downloaded from app store, some are not), I can't see them there. Anyone know why? Is this a bug of the new os? How can I fix it?

invisible apps in High Sierra I have two invisible apps that are open, because I cannot delete them. I do not use them. It is Flycut and ShareMouse. They do not appear in the list to force them to close. A hint?

You can put them back: go to Finder, Apps and drag the app to the launchpad icon in the dock

That's what I ended up doing. But, I was wondering what caused it to lose them in the first place.
