Apple ID in settings

Hi, I have set up my new iPhone 12 mini, I have logged in to my Apple ID and my phone is working fine but there is a red message at top of the settings page saying update Apple ID settings as some of these services might not be available if you not logged in ? I have tried it multiple times to log and and the small circle just turns non stop ??

Some things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.

Try a restart.

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Try a forced restart.

Reset Device.

If necessary

Hard reset.

Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.

Restore to Factory setting.

Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.
