Health sharing data with Noom

In the Noom app, I have allowed data sharing with Health. It’s working fine. However, Noom can’t access the data from Health. When I go into the Health app for data sources and access, the screen is greyed out. The field for Apps Allowed To Read Data contains the word None, also greyed out. This problem seems to be at least 18 months old, judging by the date on the last question on the subject. Please don’t tell me to contact Noom!

health app not receivng data from sources The iOS Health app is not receiving data from multiple sources (other apps). OMRON was working until Nov 30, 2022--then not a single data point since. A newer one (Oxiline wifi scale) has never transferred data to Health app. An even more recent one (JEFit) is working fine. I've ensured that iOS and all apps are up to date, and tried all the troubleshooting I can find online (turning off / on access on both app and iOS sides) and restarting iPhone. No luck. Anyone else? The Samsung Health App does not appear to be be able to send data to Apple's own Health App. The Samsung Health App does not appear to be be able to send data to Apple's own Health App. I have found some info here that indicates that it should be available as a source. I have setup the app as instructed and still the steps shown in the apple health up does not include any of the Samsung steps.

Health App sources The VeSync app does not appear in the Health app data sources. How can I fix this?

Delete the Noom app and add it back.
