How to set up Apple Pay in iPhone 12?

Recently purchased the iPhone 12 and I can’t figure out how to set up Apple Pay it keeps asking for a social security code which I don’t have and I really would like to set up Apple Pay and I can’t figure out how to do that.

To use Apple Cash you must be able to verify your ID by using a social security number. You have to be at least 18 and in the USA to use Apple Cash.
