Iphone 11 not ringing

My phone doesn’t ring with incoming calls. Do not disturb is off! Please help...waiting for an important call

iPhone 7 does not ring for an incoming call I have checked "Do not disturb" and it is not set "on"--notifications have marimba for incoming calls--all others are checked--restarted iPhone--Sounds & Haptics buttons are all set "on"--ringer volume is set at ¾'s---Change with buttons is set "on"---

Check Settings>Phone>Silence Unknown Callers.

Turn that option off.
