My account has been frozen

My Apple /Itunes account has been frozen and I do not know why. How can I get through to someone in customer service that can help.

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," click here --> https://support.apple.com/HT208856 and read what you need to do.
