Use the LG UltraFine 5K Display with your Mac or iPad - Apple Support


You need the Thunderbolt 3 to Thunderbolt 2 adapter (and likely a TB2 cable).


Be aware that you'll only get 2560 x 1600 resolution (well short of 5K) because that's the most your Mac can support.
